Obtaining file path of an open Acrobat Reader document

I wonder whether anybody has dealt with getting the path of an open Acrobat document, with a smart method, other than obtaining it with acc actions on its Document Properties - Description tab. Many thanks in advance.

A smart method could be COM, but it seems that Reader does not provide a COM interface, unless you have full Adobe Acrobat.
