Local documentation can be opened in browser

Please add feature to allow open local documentation in localhost server in browser like in previous LibreAutomate versions

Now local documentation is in the Read panel. Why web browser is better for you? You can make the panel a window, and can make it not on top of the LA window.

Can you allow it in both Read panel and localhost so I can maybe

• read multiple docs at sametime in browser
  
• bookmark docs for reading later.
