Is there a way to make the computer 'reboot to usb device' like the option in the "Restart" menu fond in the "Change advanced startup options" settings page?

You can use cmd to reboot to advanced startup menu in windows
any of these should do it.

shutdown /r /o 
shutdown /r /o /f 
shutdown /r /o /f /t 00

thanks btw.  when I tried this, it still kicked me out to the windows gui menu.  Sad
