Converting Macros from AutoHotKey
#1
I am moving from AHK to QuickMacros. Any hints on porting my existing scripts over?

Thank you,
Rob

You'll probably not find any info or tools to help porting/converting AHK scripts to QM.
You can post here some scripts. I or somebody will help to convert. I never did it and don't know AHK language etc well, but can give some useful info anyway.

Thank you. When running a macro from the IDE how do I know it is running? I don't see any indicator that it is executing. When I try to run again, I get a message that the macro is already running, how do I end the execution (not sure what "pause" refers to)?

from Tips:
Quote:While a macro is running, the QM tray icon is red. To end the running macro manually, press the Pause key (you can change this in Options). While a function or item of other type is running, the tray icon does not change. To end a function, use the Threads dialog (in the tray icon menu) or the Running Items list (menu Run -> View Active Items).

Thanks. It did not help that my trayicon was hidden Smile
