Newbie needs help
#1
Hi,

I am trying out some different things before I buy the license.
I have no problems creating different macros and put a trigger on them so it sends a text to the active window when a "hotkey" is pressed.

I have a quite big AutoHotkey script that sends different texts depending on the hotkey pressed.
The AutoHotkey script also has a customized system tray icon with different custom action and a self update function that updates when a new version is available.

I would like to port this script to Quick Macro, but I can't get the basics (hotkeys) to work, no matter what I try it only works with one single macro when I start the compiled exe file.
Any one able to guide me in the right direction so I can compile an exe file with multiple different triggers and macros?

Any help is really appreciated

Thanks in advance

Exe with triggers can't be done easily with Quick Macros.

Quick Macros now is a legacy program. You can try this new alternative:
https://www.quickmacros.com/au/help/

The new program is more flexible. Supports triggers in exe. Probably easier to convert from AHK. And it's free.
