ShowDialog: exception

I am getting the following error when running the code in .exe :

Error (RT) in ShowDialog: exception

and the caret opens to the following line in ShowDialog :
err+ out "Error (RT) in dialog: %s,[][9]line: %s" _error.description _error.line

The code runs fine through QM. Exception in .exe
Btw: No problems in Vista !
