Hi,
I`d like to have a macro that ask for some characters/words to input, then it searches those characters in some given text (in notepad or word or web site etc). Then it highlighters found characters/words and gives some statistics like these characters cover x% of text.
Also i`d like to do it other way around. Like give a text and macro lists like 100 or 50 main used characters.
Every time i write characters because i meant to use it with Chinese language research work. So in example it would look like this:
Input some characters: 人 有 我 他 这 个 们 中 来 上 大 为 和 国 地 到 以 说 时
And the given text would be: 来源: 谷歌 更新时间: 2009年6月11日12时 排名标准: 谷歌搜索频度变化率
介绍: 展现排名上升变化最快的各类关键词，范围覆盖整体 热榜类别，根据关键词当日的搜索频度与前一日此关键词的搜索频度比较产生，差值越大，排序越前，每日更新。
End the result would be the text with highlighten characters that where found and stats.
Can any one post a code that does it
