No. I tried to add this, and found/tested 4 or 5 different ways, but some of them don't work on Windows 2000, others have other limitations, eg lost transparency. Since it is not so important in QM, I decided to give up.

If needed to display in a dialog, use web browser control. Assign image file path to the variable and it will show the image.
