CB Simple Editable Icons

In a combo simple editable, when adding items to it, is it possible to add an icon with each item added also?

For example

i have 26 icons all which are a letter (A-Z)

i have a dialog where it is combo simple editable
i have made it where you type in the name, and it add it to the list

is there away i can make it add an icon as it goes?
