Two ways exist, but not very effective.
1. You can lock the file in Options dialog, Security tab. May be some problems with opening the file first time, because need password.
2. Make the file read-only. In File Properties dialog, which is in File menu. It does not lock the interface, and users can uncheck the checkbox if they find it.
