If popup menu hangs, try how works when 'No icons' checked in Properties. Also please post the menu here.
Exporting/importing settings is in Options -> General.
QM opens Main.qml when file path is not in registry. It happens after installing QM first time on that computer/account, or after uninstalling/installing.
