Couple Muti Page Dialog questions

Is there a way to disable the maximize button on page 1 of my dialog and re-enable it on all subsequent pages?

And, is there a way to embed a program (non QM) into a page of my dialog like Windows calculator or command prompt? I would like them to "be a part" of my dialog if possible.
