Floating QM Toolbar missing

I activated the Running Items window
Under Toolbars(1) there is QM Toolbar.

I tried 'playing' it with Ctrl-R but it doesn't appear.

Also under Open Items it shows the macro I was just working on and below that, QM Toolbar
