go to the program help (ctrl-f1) and look up "Text-sensitive menu". this gives me the ability to not only type out "Ken Gray" when I hit the trigger key and then "ke" but also my address, phone, etc. it can also startup really complex macros too.
what kind of things do you do that take a lot of repetative steps to do?
