Usually possible but difficult.

Easier with Dropbox. We already have QM authentication and upload functions for it, therefore new functions can be created quite easily, using the Upload function as an example.

I also tried it with Google Drive, but it is very difficult, I gave up.
I did not test Syncplicity.
