Try one of these.
Restart QM.
Right click a folder in "Running items" control in QM window and check "+hidden". Expand folder "Toolbars", right click "QM toolbar", select "Move here". Or select "Reset" and restart QM.
In Options click button "Check extensions". It can give some info.
