Noobie Needs Help With Simple Macro

Hi all I want is a macro to make my right mouse click button use CTRL+ALT+Z while im in photoshop. I do not know how to go about doing this, but it may seem like a simple task to you guys... If you could help me out with this I would be extremely grateful!
