toolbar attached... how to stop toolbar

hello, i am tesing QM and i ran the Sticky Toolbar, which attaches a toolbar to Notepad... when i right click i see the options, when i select 'close' it disappears. BUT, it continues to come back. Is there a way to stop running this toolbar so it doesnt appear on notepad any more... thanks
