Get values from xls file

Hello

Do you have any idea how i can set in My macro a value from à xls file wich contain "config" data for my macro ? 

For example 
________
Qm 
   Int cookies
   *get xls box B3*
Out cookies
_______
Xls 
   Box B3 = 5

I woud like to do it without using mousse and keyboard 
It can be à txt file if xls is not possible.
