(Modifier Key + Click on Specific Control) Trigger

I've been learning QM for several years, and I've always wanted to create a trigger that combines a modifier key + clicking on a specific control.

For example, when I hold down the Alt modifier key (without releasing it), and left-click the Run button on the QM toolbar, I want it to run a macro named M1.

Is this possible?  Can someone provide some code examples?
