help for newbie on random numbers

Hey guys sorry for newbie question, basically i would like to generate a random number between 1 and 49 and then insert that value into rep statement so it will repeat the amount of times from the number generated.

I have searched the forum and found something on uniform function but found little confusing and didnt know how to implicate it.
