Case insensitivity in File Name

I changed

MoveWindow child("*24*re*ad*" "" win("" "CheshireMainFrame") 0x1|2) 1062 -1 530 550 1

and it works great. Now it is case insensitive.

Quick question, though - what does the 0x1 flag do - It's not listed in the help doc, though I think it has to do with error handling.
