Mouse Gestures ala Strokeit

i have to ask this again:

with all the new functions available,
can QM be used to draw mouse gestures to trigger macros ?

press right button and draw a W for browser,
if W recognized execute macro and draw with OSD letter W (option)
release right mouse button.
