key not working

hi,

I have a windows aplication controled mainly by keyboard. It`s a first time i encounter an aplication that ignores "key" or " ' " command from QM. Just nothing happens, macro runs but app. is not responding. win act is set properly (i tried manual and record).
Any ideas what can be the cause? Any other commands similar to "key"?
