Just installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Beta 2. Compiles the code without errors.
Some settings should be changed. On the toolbar, select Release instead of Debug. Also select 'project properties -> configuration properties -> C/C++ -> code generation -> runtime library -> multi threaded'.
With 2005 version everything is the same.
