dropdown list for created functions

you know how you get this great auto-scrolling list that appears under your cursor when you hit the "." after a variable name? i'd love to have one that does the same thing for regular functions. i'm having a devil of a time getting the TS menu to trigger properly in the editor (and in other places as well but we've talked about that in earlier posts).

it would be even better if i could edit it after a full scan of my system.
