I second this wish.
I've abandoned another macro software for the power of Quick Macros, but there you could assign icons to your macros for visual organization.
I would apply the icon for the program to the one it applied to or the windows flag for general windows macros.
It makes for a very clean and at-a-glance interface. Columns instead of space delimitting between macro name and macro triggeer would be neat too.
