I saw this in the help file:

To identify a computer on the Internet, is used different IP address than in local network. You may see several IP addresses in the Network dialog. The first probably is the network IP. Internet IP's often are dynamic, that is, your Internet Service Provider assigns your computer a different IP address each time you connect to the Internet.

Do you think your issue might be dynamic IP address?
