acctest and matchindex

I understand that acctest doesnot use switch "matchindex" as acc does.

Is there any way to overcome this difficulty when the object is anonymous but you know its matchindex when testng for example :

if(a.a and acctest(a "" "CLIENT" 0 "Classname" "" 0)) ret iid
