Excel help needed

Hmmm.. pretty weird as using excel as admin
is the only way here to get ExcelSheet library
behave correctly.

Yes it's EXCEL but i don't have a regular instalkation
setup maybe that explains

And running as user option seems to make an exe
file and i hate to mess up my QM dir
