Entering bulk text quickly

Apologies for noob question as I know there must be a very simple solution to this problem, but I use several macros to enter bulk text (several paragraphs) regularly. Currently I just use

Copy      Help

' "[Lots of text]"

but this enters each letter individually at not much faster than typing pace, which sort of defeats the purpose of a macro. Is there some way I can enter it as a block of text instantly, rather than a letter at a time. E.g. Some kind of copy-and-paste command? (copy text from within the macro to the clipboard, then paste it)?
