Play function

i'm having a problem with my "play" function working all the time.

i have a macro that is supposed to start a sound file and once in a while i notice that it doesnt start up. it happened this moring so i made another macro to see if i could just start up the file.

Play 4 "C:\downloads\sounds\headroar.wav" 1

the player shows up but none of the buttons are "active". any ideas why this is happening?
