Looking for a program that will translate letters to #'s

Will this program be able to translate numbers in letter form using OCR to number form?

For example, if it sees "What is onethousandtwohundredtwentysix?" anywhere on the screen... it will write "1226" back, once.

I have a text file with the numbers seperated by the letters with one space, 1-1000.
