The switch parameter has no effect

Hi,
I use Macro4 to get the code inside file u8-bom.txt on the desktop and then write it to the Autotext file Autotext8

The switch parameter(/b/i/c/m) has no effect, 

I need to read from a utf8 txt file with bom, This could be the cause of the error,
How to solve it?
