Wait for page to be loaded while using UI browser automation

Hi Dear Gintaras,
I seem to find a solution to determine if the webpage is loaded or not while using the UI automation. please see the pics. The state and desc will be changed once the page is finished to load. I tried many times, and it worked very well. Do you think will that be a judgment basis for waiting for page to be loaded or not? Thank you very much!
