I am looking for ideas for a macro to disable mounting of my iPod when it is connected to the USB port. In addition I would like to mount the ipod when I launch iTunes if the iPod is connected.
In summary, I would like to disable iPod mounting unless itunes is lunched (to charge iPod without spinning up iPod HDD), if iTunes is launched then mount iPod to update contents or play a song thru computer only resident on iPod.
Does this make sense?
