Why mouse wheel F/B ok, but with <CTL> first needs rel

I have only Adobe Reader 6. Ctrl/Shift/Alt+wheel also does not work. The zoom field also has 0 id. But it is the only control with RichEdit20A class.

Also, I can use menu View -> Zoom To (Ctrl+M).
