How to open "Users and Passwords" applet from QM.

There is no cpl applet in win2000 to open the "Users and Passwords" applet which is normally opened from the Control Panel. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a way to run it from the command line.

What is the command in QM??

With QM 2.1.5, you can drag and drop.

Works on Win XP too. How in the heck did you find this?!?! Are there other secrets like this?

This is not documented. When you drag and drop a nonfile object, is inserted its idlist.
