Log in and things

ok I am new to this but I do not have alot of time to get this done right.

I need a macro that can open a web page and then log me into my acount. Once logged in I need to run a command that I have access to on my account. After that I would like to have the macro give out links based on requests from others. I am not sure about the requests but the rest can be done. Can some one help me out with this.

I have PMed Gintaras with the full information and why I need this.
