Using & as text rather than to signify shortcut in toolb

Hi All,

I would like a menu item for Google Docs & Spreadsheets with a shortcut under D

Code:

Copy      Help

Google &Docs & Spreadsheets :web "docs.google.com" *

& will either get ignored if there is already a shortcut & or be converted into an _

I know this is probably in the Help files but couldn't find it.
