making a macro paste a code or link

how would i make a mcro paste say a link from photobucket in a forum post...ie as i have the code i incoporate this in macro code and it pastes it in a post at the press of a trigger..........and could some 1 show me a code if possible im rather stuck on this 1

okay slight problem how would i make it type a second line of text in directly under first 1 without making this code more complicated any ideas would be great
