Picture in a EXE Dialog

I have made a dialog and put this picture in it. It works great for me but when I sent it to my dad the picture would not show. This is the only line that talks about the picture and it is a EXE. How can I get my dad to see his picture in the dialog?

I am sorry if it sounds like I asked this question before but this was a question about a background picture that I was trying to add in my dialog and I was able to achieve this. The other question was a picture on a button.

Now that I can do both my dialogs are looking good and I would like to thank you for all your help!!
