Inability to Receive net messages after XP Service Pack 3

Hello,
Anybody, after installing Windows XP Service Pack 3, having trouble with QM receiving messages sent to it via net command

net (pc_ipaddress password "My FIrst Macro")

I am checking every possible parameter and can't get QM to receive messages.
It still is sending OUT messages properly via net command to a pc that hasn't been updated to SP3
I am also trying now to uninstall SP3 and see if that does the trick.

Uninstalling Service Pack 3 did the trick. However, eventually it might need to be installed in my workplace. Any thoughts? Something to do with the QM port?

Today I installed XP SP3 and after that QM perfectly responds to net like before.

Look in QM Options/Network, maybe the checkbox is unchecked.

Look in Windows firewall, maybe it blocks QM.

Try to restart both computers.

What is net return value?
