Please explain spe syntax

HI,
Can you please explain the following syntax:

spe 10
lef+ 1245 351; 0.09
lef- 1245 349; 1.83
dou 399 490 ; 0.77
lef 322 467; 1.02

I understand the mouse clicks but not how the spe command is working and what the numbers after the ";" translate to.

spe 10
lef x y
lef x y

is the same as

lef x y; wait 0.01
lef x y; wait 0.01

Spe makes each lef wait 10 ms.

wait 0.09
