Clicking tasks completed one at a time

This is my first time on this forum as well my first time using Quick Macros. So please bare with me.

Although, i found this program to be useful and relatively simple to use. I'm having problems with agusting clicks.

I want the clicking to proceed as soon as my programs open But what does is, it clicks on the told positioned without even waiting for my program to open, it moves to another one. This messes up everything.

Is there a way to fix this? Can't it wait like for a time after one click?

Insert "wait for window" commands. They are inserted when you record. Or use "Wait" dialog to insert them.
