Unlock from exe

The help files indicate that in a macro compiled to exe, you "cannot unlock locked computer". The following links seem to show ways to unlock from the command line.

Is there a way to add this to macros compiled to exe, so macros requiring unlock feature can be distributed? Perhaps with separate program to embed encrypted username & password into exe?
