I am wondering if you can capture user-defined rectangles from the screen using QM commands/functionality.
If yes: How i accomplish that?
PS: I dont mean the "find image" or icon functionality, i mean more like commands tobe used in a function.

With QM it would be slow. Use eg C++. Google for source code.

Speed is no problem in this case....
Because it will be used very sporadicly.
(I want my JobSystem macro to interpret a specialy formated chatline)

I realy realy appriciate the hints for external programs but....
I want to implement it inside my QM macro using QM commands...
Because that routine should be able to capture a region of the screen to a bitmap file already, All i need to know is how to scan inside a bitmap from a file...
Eg: How do i tell the scan/wait commands to use a bitmap file instead of the screen/window.
